Returns/Exchanges

  At Rebelle Kids, we want you to be happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will accept your timely return of unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged merchandise. Returned merchandise should include all tags, be in the same condition as when it was received.

Please return all items in their original packaging. If you are returning shoes that were shipped to you in the box, these shoes must be returned in the same box. Shoes returned without a box will not be accepted for refund.

Used merchandise cannot be returned.

Items reduced 50% or more, are final sale and can not be returned.

For returns and exchanges, follow the guidelines below:


Returns

We will accept returns postmarked within 7 business days from the date you received the parcel. Returns postmarked after this time or received in the store 21 days after the date you received the parcel will not be accepted for refund/store credit. You will be notified by email and we arrange for the parcel to be returned to sender.

Fill out the Merchandise Return Form on the back of your invoice and enclose it with your shipment. Send the package via postal carrier of your choice to the address indicated on the Merchandise Return Form. We are not responsible for damage that might occur to the item(s) in transit back to us. Please make sure that the items are returned in a sturdy package (such as a padded envelope or box, similar to the way the items were originally sent). To ensure the package arrives back to us safely and that you are credited, please use an insured and traceable shipping method (such as Canada Post, USPS, etc.) where you receive a shipping slip that can be used to trace the delivery.

You are responsible for ALL return shipping fees and charges. Original shipping costs are non refundable.

International customers returning items back to Canada, please make sure that you properly complete customs declaration form to avoid any customs fees & duties. On the customs declaration form please indicate "CANADIAN GOODS RETURNING FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE". Please also attach original invoice to the outside of the packaging. (You can put an invoice in the envelope and attach the envelope to the outside of the packaging or use the postal carrier's plastic bag for customs documentation and shipping manifests). If you are using courier services such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, you are responsible for any additional brokerage/clearance fees that these companies might charge. If we have to pay UPS/FedEx any fees to accept your parcel, these fees will be deducted from your refund. We suggest to use USPS for US returns.

Returns and exchanges sent without proper customs documentation will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

If your return does not meet our return guidelines, you will be notified via e-mail and we will arrange for the item(s) to be sent back to you.

Returned items that meet our return guidelines will be processed within 1-3 business days from the day the item(s) are received at our warehouse. Items are thoroughly inspected before returns are processed and will not be accepted if they have been worn, altered, washed or damaged or if they do not have their original tags attached. Once return is processed we will notify you via email, MINUS any original shipping costs.

Returned items are refunded at the original purchase price, plus applicable sales tax, in the form of an original method of payment. Allow 3-5 business days for the credit to show up on you account.

Shipping charges are not refundable. If your order was delivered via FREE shipping, shipping fee in the amount of CAD $20.00 will be deducted from your refund.


Exchanges

If you wish to get a different item(s) or size, please return your original merchandise along with the Merchandise Return Form form and place a new order for the item(s) you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item(s) before placing a new order.

You are responsible for the shipping fees on the exchange order. If you are exchanging an item because we by mistake sent you a wrong merchandise, your new order will be shipped via Standard delivery shipping option free of charge.
